After leaving a past behind of criminal activity, gang life and trauma whilst going through the criminal justice system and going to prison, Moses wanted to give back to his local community. He formed Giveback FC in 2020, a football club, which partners with various organisations and charities in Reading.

Moses now runs four Giveback FC teams, is a youth mentor and public speaker, working with young people who are at risk of falling into negative lifestyles - proof you can turn your life around and follow your passion.

Thomas found himself falling into violence and other crimes in his late teens, his interest in fighting led him to Reading Boxing Club. Thomas soon discovered that boxing could support his stress and aggression management, and the club became a safe place to overcome barriers and make positive lifestyle choices.

Now a retired professional boxer, Thomas encourages young people to take up the sport that helped him turn his life around. Today as a boxing coach and mentor he works with young people through impactful cognitive behavioural therapy lead intervention.

During Charles's time working as a personal trainer in a university campus gym, he realised that bringing fitness training and talking together, offered young adults a therapeutic session with a safe person whilst they were away from home.

Charles' positive impact on students' mental and physical wellbeing led him into the education sector, where he works with young people using his life experiences to offer behavioural intervention - he encourages positivity and personal growth helping young people succeed through mentoring, sports and nutrition.
